    Product Description

    The production equipment is composed of waste tire ring cutting machine, waste tire special shredder, rubber shredder, steel wire sorting machine, vibrating screen, dust removal equipment and other parts. Through the waste tire decomposition equipment, the tires are first processed into small pieces of 3 to 5 cm square, and then the rubber blocks are crushed by the crushing unit to obtain rubber powder, rubber particles, and steel wires mixed with steel wires; then the main conveyor passes through the main vibrating screen. The fine material is screened out, and then the steel wire in the fine powder is separated by the magnetic separation system and the particles and rubber powder are separated.

    Particles that do not meet the required fineness are returned to the pulverizer through the main conveyor and crushed again.
